When you use ApplyIQ, we collect the information you provide directly, such as your email address when you create an account, and the resume files you upload for analysis. Resume files are processed to generate your AI analysis and are stored securely associated with your account.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, to analyze resume content for ATS compatibility and recruiter feedback, to process payments through Stripe, and to communicate with you about your account.
Your resume data is processed securely and transmitted over encrypted connections. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card details. We do not share your personal data or resume content with third parties.
You can delete your resume analyses and account data at any time. When you delete data, it is removed from our active database. You may request full deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Your resume content is sent to our AI analysis providers to generate feedback. We use reputable AI services and do not use your personal resume data to train external models.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can manage your data within the app or contact us with any data requests.
